What Glowier Skin?

   want to have glowing skin ? Here are a few tips you probley haven't even thought about! 






** Take your vitamins- Taking a multivitamin on a regular basics, keeps your hair, skin, and nails healthy and glowing.


**Eat foods with omega-3- studies found that omega-3 fatty acids help maintain skins moisture. Some samples are salmon and tuna. But if you are not a seafood lover, like myself use fish oils or eat walnuts.


** Chocolate - Yes I said chocolate! The flavanol antioxidant in coco can create smoother and less scaly skin. 


**Sleep - If you are getting less then 7 hours of sleep, your skin will pay the price.


**Exercise - increases blood flow to the surface of your skin. Not only are you going to look better but you will feel better.
